Oh yeah!
I didn't have much time to post on my blogs and share stories what happened during Valentines Week and UPLB's Feb Fair. So I guess this would be the post valentine entry.
Apparently, Jabez (my family friend...sabay kami tinule...) officially hired me to be their OFFICIAL CINEMATOGRAPHER / PHOTOGRAPHER for their band called Cars Collide. Even though I can't relate to their Emo-ness, they sound good to my ears.
I'll share some photographs that I took during the Feb-Fair. These shots were taken last Feb-14-2007, before their practice, during their practice, before they performed, during their performance and after their performance.... And I stayed there on the Freedom Park with Cars Collide until almost 2:30 am.
Before anything else...this gift from my girlfriend made my Valentine Complete:

-------------------------------------------------------------------

L-R: Jabez on Bass, Butch on Voxz

Old School Boom BUXZz

Butch applies some few make ups...*ahahahaay!*

Art Photograph of Butch before their practice...

Mike looks so bored...I wonder why...

Arvin on 2nd guitars.

Practice time...Wilson on the far right.
So few hours has passed, it was around 2230 in the evening when we arrived on the Freedom Park, waiting for the program to start. I can assume that it started around 2315 in the evening. Oh well...they were nervous of course :D.

Tense emoness...Butch

Lew Benedict of Check Point...on BASS.

Cars Collide with Donelin (I hope I spelled it right...)

This should be a group pictures...WHERE DID EVERYONE GO!?!?

It was few minutes before mid-night when Cars Collide started performing.

Ows? Me apoy?

Tainted Mondays
So their performance were over, they were so shaken up...critics followed, and then the band members await for the winners of Qualifying round of Battle of The bands.

This is how Jabez looked like while waiting for the announcement of the winner of the qualifying round...(pretty shaken up)...

And this is how Jabez reacted after the announcement that Check Point had won...(hehehe...ok lang yan! We are all musikeros after all...)
Yes, critics followed...

Reviewing the performance via Video.
In case you don't know...I had to use two cameras...one for the video...and one for taking photographs like these...
I'll be posting the video when I have time...for now...I hope you enjoyed...
